Dry-Wash Assembly
Our special Dry-Wash Assembly will dramatically reduce your production time, since it requires significantly less hands-on time. The Dry-Wash Assembly is hard mounted to the processor, but is also removable for ease of cleaning. The unique media we include with the Dry-Wash System is reusable and will dry up to 25,000 gallons of biodiesel (500 gallons betweens cleanings x 50 refreshing cycles). When the processor is finished processing the WVO into Biodiesel, all you have to do is drain your glycerin, open the dry-wash ball valve, and set your timer. That’s it! When you return to your processor (2 hrs later), your Biodiesel will be dried, filtered, and put back into your main tank ready for dispensing. (To "refresh" the media, air dry and heat to a temperature of 450° F)
